Central Night Hotel Siem Reap, Siem Reap

Our stay had its ups and downs. While the hotel staff was super accommodating after an initial hiccup with our room, the cleanliness of the initial accommodation left much to be desired. The location is fantastic for exploring Siem Reap, close to popular spots. Overall, I appreciated the attention we received and the convenience of the facilities, but experiences like our first night's mix-up weren't ideal.

My stay here was plagued by poor service and cleanliness issues. While the room was decent initially, I encountered numerous bugs, which made it quite uncomfortable. The hotel staff were unhelpful and rude about resolving my transportation problems. Despite some friendly gestures like free tuk-tuk service, the overall experience left much to be desired. It's affordable, but in the end, not worth the money considering the issues faced.

I stayed at Tanei hotel hoping for a comfortable experience, especially with the airport pick-up service. Unfortunately, my arrival was frustrating due to poor communication and a lack of cleanliness in my room. While the price is affordable, the dining and facilities did not meet expectations, especially with the construction work happening. It might be better to choose a different place next time.
